SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Staple Skin uses Australia Post, Sendle and other third party couriers for deliveries within Australia. Shipping times are only a general guideline and can vary due to other factors such as peak delivery seasons or adverse weather or external courier problems that are beyond The Staple Skin’s reasonable control. Please contact us on info@thestapleskin.com if you do not receive your product(s) within the estimated delivery times and we will be sure to help. However, we do aim to deliver within this timeframe.

We are offering International Express Shipping to the countries listed above. If you would like to make a purchase but are outside of the listed countries, please contact us at info@thestapleskin.com and we will try our best to determine a competitive shipping rate for your purchase. 

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Once your order has been confirmed, the order number will be sent to your inbox. Please allow some time for this information to be forwarded to you. The tracking details will be updated once we have prepared your order. 

Standard shipments will be delivered between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. 

Express shipments will be delivered between 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday. 

Important Update:

**Due to COVID-19, please understand that delivery timeframes may be affected. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all parcels (either at the Post Office or at a residence) will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns for change of mind. We accept returns on the condition that the product is faulty or if you have received the incorrect items. Please ensure that all details of your order is correct. Any changes to your order may not be accommodated after the order has been confirmed. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the order is faulty, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: Any lost, stolen or damaged goods caused by the shipping courier will not be of The Staple Skin's responsibility.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure the name and address entered during checkout is correct. The shipping label will appear exactly as displayed. If it contains incorrect and/or insufficient details, The Staple Skin will not be held liable for replacement or additional shipping costs.

CUSTOM FEES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)

Any taxes or duties incurred at customs for your country is subject to your responsibility. We advise you check this information at your local customs office. 

Once again, we apologise to all our international friends who do not reside in Singapore, UK, USA, NZ or Canada, as we currently do not have an implemented shipping service for your country.
